| | We operate our business on the principal of providing the customer with a quality product at a reasonable price. |

| 2. | Do you offer financing? |
| | We offer financing on a project by project basis. We are currently working to setup a program that will finance almost everyone. |

| 3. | Do you provide the foundations? |
| | We include the foundations for all the buildings we sell. The customer does still have the choice of doing it themselves, or getting it done locally as well. |

| | We will gladly have our insurance company fax our customers a certificate of insurance to verify coverages. We will also give you the contact number for the agent, you may call them as well. |

| | We will build from a customers plans, or our plans, provided that they meet local and state code approvals. |

| 6. | Do you obtain the building permit? |
| | We handle all permits and scheduling of inspections, there are no extra fees for those services. We are not a company that has the homeowners listed as the general contractor and makes them get the permits. We make the whole process as hassle-free as possible. |

| | We do not prefer to use salesman, we like the personal approach. The owner of the company will come out to your site and do a onsite evaluation with you one-on-one. |

| 8. | Do you accept credit cards? |
| | We do accept credit cards, paypal, and other various forms of payment. Some credit card transactions will include a percentage charge for using there services. |

| 9. | Can we do any of the work ourselves? |
| | Absolutely, we are open to the customer doing as much work as they feel comfortable. As long as you have the knowledge to do the task at hand, it's fine with us. It saves us time, and the customer money, a win-win situation. |
